We’re -  Fit Mummies for Hungry Tummies

At Power Stroller, we are passionate about women’s health and the well being of our children. We also believe it is important to give back, which is why a portion of each registration goes directly to help support local student nutrition programs.  There is no need for any child to go hungry!  What are you strolling for?
At Power Stroller, we focus on more than just building muscle and trimming waistlines. We strive to build an empowering community for all of our women. A place where you can sweat, share and connect.
Our exceptionally skilled Personal Trainers understand that; as your level of fitness progresses, so should the intensity of your training program. This enables you to maximize your strength, endurance, and cardiovascular performance, sweating it out with other strong women while enjoying time with your babe.

Flex classes run from Monday to Friday

Power Nutrition Program

At Power Stroller we understand the importance of Genuine, Healthy Living. It begins with a solid foundation of healthy eating. All 6 week Progressive Stroller Training mamas will receive a Nutritional e-book complete with meal plans, yummy recipes, and nutrition tips and pointers!
